There you will find Laneway and Carriage Houses in New Westminster are permitted in the Single Detached Residential Small Lot (RS-5) and the Neighbourhood Residential Small Lot (NR-5) Zoning Districts, if the property is designated Residential – Detached or Semi-Detached Housing (RD) or Residential – Ground Oriented Infill Housing (RGO).
